I'll be in the Chicago area Oct. 4-6, 2010 speaking and signing copies of my mystery-suspense novel "Fast Track."  

In most cases, the title of my talk will be "From Journalist to Novelist (Or How I Learned to Start Making it Up),"  but some of the talks will delve more deeply into journalism issues.  Those talks are entitled, "Journalistic Ethics: Not an Oxymoron."
